As a Seasoned Product Leader at Jupiter, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of leading and scaling our Savings Account product line. In this high-impact role, your primary objective will be to develop products that not only foster trust but also drive deposits and cultivate habit-forming saving behaviors. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end roadmap for Savings, encompassing savings accounts, core accounting flows, and related money experiences such as debit cards and deposits. It will be imperative for you to define and execute a product strategy that is closely aligned with our business goals, focusing on growing balances held, increasing activation rates, and enhancing user retention. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a proven ability to formulate product strategies, establish relevant metrics, and deliver tangible outcomes within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Your experience in collaborating with external entities such as banks, KYC and verification providers, core banking systems, and regulatory partners will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our Savings Account product line. Furthermore, your role will entail close collaboration with various teams including Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Marketing, and Bank Partnerships to effectively launch and scale compliant and seamless solutions. By leveraging feedback loops, behavioral nudges, and lifecycle communications, you will have the opportunity to develop features that not only drive adoption but also encourage daily usage among our users. It is essential that you bring a strong product acumen to the table, characterized by user empathy, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to transform complex systems into intuitive user experiences. Your hands-on approach to data analysis, experimentation, and continuous iteration will play a pivotal role in not only delivering features but also driving desired business outcomes. Moreover, your technical proficiency will be crucial as you collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams, navigating trade-offs and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives. Ideally, you will have exposure to financial infrastructure, middleware, or banking-as-a-service platforms, along with a background in behavioral finance or user psychology.
