Product Development Tech Lead

Role Overview: As an AWS Products and Patterns Tech Lead within the Infrastructure & Cloud team, your main responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage reusable cloud product patterns and blueprints. Your role is pivotal in establishing standardized solutions that empower developers to efficiently deploy secure and compliant cloud infrastructures. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence cloud architecture best practices and streamline infrastructure deployments across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of associates to ensure successful project delivery - Act as a tech advocate for the development team, playing a key role in delivering features - Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform for building and managing cloud resources - Develop cloud patterns to support emerging business initiatives - Collaborate with product owners and architecture to deliver robust cloud-based solutions - Integrate patterns for discoverability and reuse in the Internal Developer Platform Qualifications Required: - Experience with GitLab repositories and configuring CI/CD for Terraform deployments - Familiarity with Cloud Native technologies on at least one major cloud services provider (preferably AWS) - Understanding of AWS services and cloud policies - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology - Knowledge of architecture principles and design methodologies - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills About the Company: LSEG, London Stock Exchange Group, is a diversified global financial markets infrastructure and data business with a commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering expected services.
