Job Description

Key Skills :- Must have a hands on working knowledge of Mens, Women and Kids casual wear and woven fabrics. Good communication and understanding of English is essential, verbal & written. Proven experience in product development, merchandising, or related roles within the Exports Apparels industry only. Strong understanding of product development processes, including concept ideation, design, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mind set with proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and consumer behaviour insights. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and product excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and product development software/tools Requirement:- Product development, Sampling, Production, Quality control for Mens, Women and Kids casual Wear (Wovens) Experience:- 2 to 5 years in Export House (Apparels only) Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Product Development, or related field.
