Job Description

Leather footwear PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT from factories. 1. Evaluate and Understand the Spec. Sheet and Tech Pack send by the Brands and communicate to the factories selected for the development. 2. Work under Production and Development Responsible guidelines to meet the development deadlines and needs from Spain. 3. Visit the factories to make the necessary developments and Visit the Factories along with the Indian Team and Spanish Team when is required. 4. Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc. 5. Understand and Source the Materials and Components that Design team require and propose India alternatives if is required. 6. Have a clear control and Mapping of all the development in the office to meet the calendars propose by the brand and buy the Production and Development Responsible. 7. Factories Follow up (Development job) 8. Work on new ideas, trends, materials and constructions to present to the CLIENTS' design teams. Preferred candidate profile mIN 3 YEARS to MAX 12 YEARS exp in LEATHER FOOTWEAR. Footwear Design and Development Experience 2. Experience in buying houses in footwear area 3. Experience in Production Factory that supply to International Brands 4. Quick learner 5. Sense of Fashion and Style 6. Experience in footwear companies 7. Good Communications Skills 8. Organized and Proactive Perks and benefits 15-30 LPA.
