Product Development Internship

As an Intern at Acies, you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with the Head of B2C apps on the no-code platform to build out the Streamlign suite of applications. These applications aim to simplify internal business processes for organizations in the areas of internal operations, human resource management, and business cash flow management. This internship will provide you with firsthand knowledge of working on innovative technology and insights into key business processes within an organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Head of B2C apps to develop the Streamlign suite of applications - Create business process workflows and user stories for the applications - Configure the applications on the no-code platform - Collaborate with the development team to gather feature requirements - Conduct secondary market research for competitive analysis - Collaborate with design and marketing experts to develop marketing collateral - Assist the marketing team in generating leads through performance marketing channels **Qualifications Required:** - Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in management, commerce, accounting, or computer science - Preferred knowledge of softwares/coding languages: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Illustrator - Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English Acies provides an engaging work environment where you may be eligible to convert your internship into a full-time role based on your performance. The compensation will be discussed post the selection process and will vary depending on your skills and role fitment. Additionally, all roles at Acies come with performance incentives, and you will be entitled to 22 working days of leave per year, with additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement, and studies.
