Product Development Business Analyst

As a Product Development Specialist at one of the world's most innovative financial organizations, your role will involve collaborating with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities, conducting user research, and analyzing metrics to ensure that the products meet the needs of customers and the market. You will play a key role in planning for the impact of new product features on the overall product experience and supporting the strategic product roadmap with insights from user research and market analysis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery - Planning for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the product experience - Collecting user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the product roadmap - Analyzing and evaluating product metrics throughout the product development life cycle - Writing requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development To excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area - Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle - Experience in product life cycle activities such as discovery and requirements definition - Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy - Business Analyst skills with a background in requirements documentation and demand management - Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders - Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics - Proven ability to communicate concepts and ideas effectively, including product requirements, to technology partners and stakeholders Preferred qualifications include: - Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization - Experience in managing complex products - Understanding of Agile development methodologies,
