Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage the entire process of PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, from recieving the Tech-pack to sending the proto / fit sample, Selecting the right quality of Leather, trims & accessories, checking the patterns, follow up on the actual SHOE Construction, production-feasibility of the final product, doing the costings, making the TNA. Deal with the vendor factories in Ambur, and the Designers at the Home office. Must have 6-13 years of experience in PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF LEATHER FOOTWEAR. Preferred candidate profile 6-13 Years of experience in LEATHER FOOTWEAR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Diploma in Leather Footwear Design & DEVELOPMENT, working with a Buying House, having experience & good knowledge about the process of PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OF A LEATHER SHOE. THE PLACE OF WORK IS AMBUR (TAMIL NADU0, so should be ready to relocate. Perks and benefits15-25 LPA, depending on the candidate's profile, what he / she may be getting currently & how the process of interview goes.
