Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the
product development lifecycle
from concept to launch.
Translate product strategy into detailed
requirements, specifications
, and
roadmaps
.
Work with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product releases.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Coordinate
agile sprints
, backlog grooming, and sprint planning with product and dev teams.
Track progress, manage risk, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to iterate on product features.
Monitor key metrics such as
time-to-market
,
feature adoption
, and
product quality
.
Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in
product lifecycle management (PLM)
or
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
.
Experience working with
cross-functional teams
in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid understanding of
technical architectures
, APIs, or manufacturing processes (based on industry).
Proficiency in
project management tools
(JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
