We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our team as a Big Data Engineer in the Service Delivery Center, located in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in big data engineering and analytics.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop scalable big data architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using various technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
Ensure high-quality data processing and analysis by implementing robust testing and validation frameworks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in big data engineering.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in big data and analytics.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based platforms.
Excellent understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
