Job Description

Partner closely with the PM and Engineering Lead within your product team.
Collaborate with peers of similar levels in different functions, contributing to cross-product projects.
Utilize your experience across stages in the product design process, from vision and discovery through to delivery.
Interpret product requirements, presenting multiple paths forward early on, occasionally identifying gaps or improvement areas.
Draft research plans and help organize user research, with regular guidance and sign-off from a researcher.
Comfortably create testable prototypes at various fidelity levels and iterate prototypes based on feedback from the team, clients, and users.
Demonstrate proficiency in interaction and visual design methods and strive for clear and crisp work across multiple product areas.
Actively listen to peers in the experience organization and your product team, engaging in constructive dialogue.
Share work frequently with the design team and product team, seeking feedback and providing feedback in critiques and other working meetings.
Work through issues and blockers independently, combining research and guidance to solve problems.
Confidently meet project time commitments, actively following up on questions and requests, and ship work regularly.
