Designation - Sales Executive Years of Experience - Fresher/any Department - Sales & Customer Experience Salary Range - 20,000/- per month + attractive incentives Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy, sales-focused BDE who can convert in-home product demonstrations into confident customer purchases. You must be a natural communicator with the ability to build trust, clearly explain product benefits, and confidently drive closures. This role is ideal for someone who understands smart consumer electronics and has a strong passion for on-ground selling and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct 5-7 home demos daily across various electronics categories: smart home devices, robot vacuums, air purifiers, AI kitchen gadgets, etc. Plan a daily schedule based on demo assignments received 24 hours in advance. Understand each customer-s profile and prepare a tailored sales pitch. Ensure demo products are charged, complete, and presentation-ready. Explain product features in a clear, persuasive, and structured manner. Address customer questions and eliminate all buying doubts during the session. Drive closures either on the spot (with available offers) or through prompt follow-ups. Cross-sell other relevant categories based on customer interest. Use demo kits and follow safe handling practices. Update daily reporting, lead status, and closure info accurately. What We Provide All leads and demo bookings handled by EPIK-s internal team. A demo bag and curated product assortment for each visit. Weekly product training sessions + on-demand support from Training Manager. Full onboarding and access to sales tools, material, and pitch decks. Candidate Requirements Sales-first mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. Excellent in communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain electronics and smart devices clearly. Confident, self-motivated, and solution-oriented in the field. Two-wheeler (mandatory) to travel for demos within the city. Minimum 12th pass; graduates are welcome but not mandatory. Languages known - Must: English + Hindi Bonus: Kannada and/or Telugu (multilingual ability is a plus) Prior experience in field sales, electronics retail, or direct selling is preferred. Role: E-commerce Data Manager (Epik) Location: Bangalore (On-site) Reporting to: Growth & Operations Lead Overview: We are looking for a data-driven, detail-obsessed E-commerce Data Manager who will own the product listing, analytics, and CRO ecosystem across all marketplaces and our Shopify store. This role bridges the gap between performance, product, and data — ensuring every SKU is listed perfectly, every cohort is analyzed deeply, and every insight turns into measurable growth. Key Responsibilities: 🛒 Product Data & Listings Upload, update, and manage product listings (titles, images, descriptions, attributes, tags, SKUs, pricing, inventory). Ensure listings are optimized for SEO , performance, and discovery on Shopify and marketplaces. Maintain clean and accurate data across channels (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Work closely with creative and category teams for content alignment and feature accuracy. 📊 Data Management & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards to track channel-wise, cohort-wise, and campaign-wise performance . Manage and interpret data from Shopify, GA4, Ads Manager, and CRM tools to derive actionable insights. Conduct cohort analysis (new vs. repeat buyers, AOV trends, funnel conversions). Identify insights from data to support decisions on pricing, discounts, and creative testing. Ensure data integrity and consistency across tools. ⚙️ CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Monitor and improve funnel performance — from PDP → ATC → Checkout → Conversion. Collaborate with UI/UX and Growth teams to test variations (A/B testing, page heatmaps, etc.). Track conversion rates, drop-offs, scroll depth, and session behavior . Recommend and execute CRO experiments to reduce CPD and improve ROAS. 📈 Reporting & Insights Deliver weekly and monthly analytics reports summarizing key KPIs, cohort behavior, and sales insights. Present channel-wise revenue contribution, return rate, conversion, and engagement metrics. Proactively flag performance anomalies and suggest corrective actions. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, analytics, or growth . Proficiency in Shopify Admin, GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and Data Studio/Looker. Understanding of CRO frameworks , funnel metrics, and attribution models. Comfortable working with data exports, APIs, and structured reports. Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and execution speed. Key KPIs: Product listings accuracy (error rate <1%) Weekly reporting consistency and insights generated Improvement in PDP→Checkout conversion Reduction in CPD / increase in ROAS through CRO inputs
