Product Designer

As part of our team, you will contribute to building products that redefine the recruitment process, designed to be effortless, human-centric, and delightful for users worldwide. Your role as a Product Designer will involve a deep passion for crafting solutions that enhance the user experience and ensure intuitive product usage. You will be responsible for understanding and translating customer needs into innovative design solutions throughout the various stages of the design process. Key Responsibilities: - Establish design requirements by collaborating with internal teams and incorporating user research findings. - Identify opportunities for enhancing existing products and suggesting new product features. - Evaluate how new products align with market demands and user preferences. - Develop wireframes following the RippleHire Design systems. - Build interactive prototypes to showcase the intended user experience. - Proficient in visual design and up-to-date with the latest design trends. - Collaborate closely with product engineers to propose enhancements for products and streamline processes. - Present your product design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior management for feedback and alignment. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in all design phases, encompassing user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. - Previous background in designing SAAS/Enterprise applications in roles such as Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer. - Ability to anticipate and address customer needs effectively. - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse team members across different functions. - Proficient in gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions. - Possess a diverse portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of client objectives and successful design implementations. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming design challenges. - Offer support to product engineers as necessary. - Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe XD to execute design tasks effectively.
