Feasibility Study of new product designs including, Fit and Function Analysis, Child Safety Requirements & Regulations, Material Selection, Manufacturing Feasibility, Assembly Feasibility, Deco Feasibility, Draft and Tooling Feasibility 2. Design Optimization for Wall thickness, Weight, Rib Designs and Strength, Snaps and Bolting Design, Ultra Sonic Welding Feature Design, Electronics Design, Sink Marks & Moulding defects Analysis, DFMEA, Tooling Ready CAD Preparation, Final Prototype Building, Play value Validation and Testing 3. Designing of New Toy products in various categories 4. Be able to independently work on designs 5. Provide design support for costing, tooling and maintenance work 6. Will be working in shifts as required 7. Will be reporting to the Product Engineering Lead
