Product Designer I

As a Product Designer I at SMC, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centric digital experiences by leveraging your 14 years of experience in design. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers to translate PRDs into intuitive design solutions. - Design responsive, mobile-first interfaces and scalable web experiences. - Utilize AI-driven insights to enhance user experience. - Own the design lifecycle from ideation to post-development UAT. - Contribute to the evolving design system for scalability and consistency. - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation. - Present designs clearly, accept feedback constructively, and iterate efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 14 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer. - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to interpret PRDs and convert business requirements into effective design solutions. - Experience in designing mobile-first and web interfaces. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end feature ownership.
