Product Designer (Handbags Designer)

As a Handbags Designer at our Sector-56, Gurgaon location, you will play a crucial role in designing premium to luxury handbags that embody elegance, functionality, and innovation. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will leverage your creative expertise to develop original designs across various product lines such as totes, clutches, satchels, and crossbody bags. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth trend research to create commercially viable designs, selecting premium materials like genuine leather and luxury hardware, and collaborating with sampling teams to ensure the quality and finish meet luxury standards. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors and manufacturing partners to coordinate the sourcing, sampling, and production processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, or Leather Design from a reputed institute and have a strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and luxury finishing standards. Proficiency in hand sketching, digital rendering tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this position. Ideally, you will have a background in designing premium or luxury handbags and possess experience in working with domestic and/or international markets. Exposure to international fashion weeks, buyer shows, or sustainable design practices will be considered advantageous.
