Product Designer - Figma/Sketch/Illustrator

Job Description

The Role: We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team! As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the entire product development lifecycle, from user research to creating high-fidelity designs. You will be responsible for translating user needs into intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our B2C products. Key Responsibilities : User-Centered Design: - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences. Collaborative Problem Solving : - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and provide design recommendations aligned with project goals. Prototyping and Testing : - Develop interactive prototypes using design tools to validate design concepts and usability. - Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs. Design Systems : - Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries to ensure design consistency across products. Stay Informed : - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. Qualifications : - 1-4 years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2C products. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch) or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, agile team environment. - Kindly note only candidates from premium institutes will be considered for this role.
