About the Role: Tide is expanding its Design System team and is seeking a talented UX Designer/Product Designer to join a small team reporting to the Design Systems Lead. In this role, you will utilize your interaction, visual, and prototyping skills to lead initiatives that enhance the overall experience for Tide members and streamline the product team's day-to-day operations. You will work collaboratively to ensure design quality across various aspects of UI, illustration, motion, and more. As a strong cross-functional partner, you will communicate effectively with Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, presenting design rationale and supporting the application of the system within product constraints. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining library components in Figma, establishing design standards, providing feedback to product designers, ensuring components align with design specifications, collaborating with brand teams, enhancing usability and accessibility, participating in user research, and driving innovation in interface design.
