Product Designer 3

As a member of the #NamFam Technology Team at Namshi, the leading online multi-brand fashion and beauty platform in the Middle East, you will be part of a community dedicated to reshaping the future of e-commerce. We are seeking passionate and innovative individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission of becoming the region's favorite closet. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end product design process, starting from user research and ideation to prototyping and delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform business and user needs into scalable designs and translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Additionally, you will conduct usability testing, iterate based on user feedback and data, and ensure design consistency by contributing to the evolution of the design system. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4-6 years of experience in product design and a robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI designs across various platforms. A deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design is essential. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools such as Principle or Framer is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, and experience with user research and testing methods are also crucial. A degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating a strong passion for delivering results. You should have a proven track record of working in teams to solve challenging problems and be willing to roll up your sleeves to achieve goals.
