Product Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical products and components using

  Creo

  .
• Work on

  sheet metal, fabrication, welding

  , and

  casting

  design projects.
• Ensure manufacturability by applying

  DFM/DFA

  principles.
• Apply

  GD&T

  principles effectively for precise component detailing.
• Create and manage

  Bill of Materials (BOM)

  and handle

  Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)

  .
• Manage and optimize

  large assemblies

  in Creo (Mandatory).
• Use

  Windchill

  for CAD data management and PLM workflows.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
• Provide support for prototype development and validation testing.
