Product Design - Associate Manager

As an Associate Manager, Product Design at our fast-growing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute and manage the mobile experiences for our consumers. You'll work with a talented team to translate product ideas into structured workflows, guide the team in designing user journeys, and drive a mobile-first approach for seamless, user-friendly experiences across devices. Your responsibilities include: - Translating a product idea into a structured workflow and guiding the team in designing the end-to-end user journey - Zooming in to micro-interactions or user jobs/tasks to guide other designers starting out in the team and zooming out to spar the workflows and user journeys with stakeholders across Design, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Research, etc. - Driving the team in adopting a mobile-first approach, focusing on optimizing interactions, accessibility, and responsiveness for improved mobile experiences - Working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement - Presenting design solutions through compelling narratives, use cases, and interactive prototypes to align stakeholders - Partnering with Product Managers to absorb Research inputs, Customer signals, and market signals to redesign existing journeys - Driving design discovery sessions, interviewing users, and drawing meaningful insights - Enhancing and refining Uniqodes design system while upholding high design standards in collaboration with partner design teams Qualifications required for this role: - 4+ years of Product/UX Design experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or allied fields - 2-3 years of experience managing or leading a design team - Expertise in mobile UX best practices and user-centered design - Ability to drive design thinking sessions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders - Understanding of design best practices, methodologies, and patterns - Proficient with design tools like Figma, Miro, etc. - Good understanding of engineering stacks and the product lifecycle - Strong sense of ownership, with a commitment to crafting exceptional user experiences - Experience talking to customers and gathering valuable feedback - Proven ability to guide and mentor junior designers - Strong portfolio showcasing design craft, problem-solving approach, and value delivered to users,
