Product Consultant - AI/ML/Cloud Products

As a Product Consultant with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud-based solutions, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating AI/ML/Cloud products to potential and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting engaging product demos, acting as the technical point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with customers to design AI/ML/Cloud-based solutions that meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging product demos for potential and existing customers to showcase the value proposition of AI/ML/Cloud products. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process, understanding customer requirements, and tailoring solutions accordingly. - Provide deep technical knowledge of AI/ML/Cloud products, assist customers in integrating solutions, and collaborate with customers to design proposed solutions. - Work closely with the sales team to support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, prepare technical presentations, proposals, and RFPs, and gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field. - Experience: 6-8 years of experience in product consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and Cloud platforms. - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, proficiency in Cloud computing, experience with data analytics, big data tools, and APIs, familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, customer-centric mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in AI/ML and Cloud platforms are preferred.
