Product Compliance & Testing Engineer

You are invited to join our Mumbai office as a Product Compliance & Testing Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet global standards such as UL, CSA, IEC, SGS, and others. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating product testing, preparing documentation, liaising with certification bodies and labs, overseeing testing schedules, and maintaining compliance reports. Additionally, you will be involved in root-cause analysis and product design improvements as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate product testing and compliance certification with UL, CSA, IEC, SGS, etc. - Review technical specifications and prepare necessary documentation. - Interface with certification bodies, labs, and internal product development teams. - Oversee sample preparation, testing schedules, and corrective actions. - Ensure products meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards. - Maintain detailed reports, technical files, and documentation per compliance norms. - Assist in root-cause analysis and product design enhancements. Requirements: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of product testing or compliance experience in the electrical or industrial sector. - Familiarity with UL, CSA, IEC, BIS, and other certification processes. - Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, compliance frameworks, and quality control. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred: - Prior experience coordinating with UL or CSA certification teams. - Experience with low-voltage or high-voltage electrical components, fittings, or enclosures. Please note that this is a Full-time position with a salary range of 70,000-1,00,000 per month. The work schedule is during the Day shift, and the work location is in person in Mumbai, India.,
