Key Responsibilities: • Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts and raw materials used in manufacturing oil and electronics-based equipment. • Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers with a focus on quality, costeffectiveness, and on-time delivery. • Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and BOMs to ensure accurate material sourcing. • Handle RFQs, price negotiations, comparative analysis, and issue purchase orders. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to plan and schedule material requirements. • Monitor supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, cost) and address non-compliance issues. • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure contract and payment terms are met. • Work closely with stores, accounts, and QA/QC to ensure proper receipt and inspection of materials. • Oversee logistics coordination for inbound shipments, including import documentation when necessary. • Stay up-to-date with market trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities in the oil & electronics manufacturing domain.

As an Enquiry Management specialist, you will play a crucial role in the analysis and evaluation of new inquiries from clients or sales. Your focus will be on technical specifications and project requirements to identify and assess capable suppliers with expertise in industrial components. Confirmation of material specifications, technical processes, and inspection requirements based on engineering standards will be essential in this role. Negotiating and comparing prices from various suppliers while ensuring timely quotations aligned with client requirements and technical specifications is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to constantly source and propose relevant industrial products and solutions based on current industry trends, client needs, and project specifications. Organizing and preparing technical trips for client visits to facilitate discussions with all relevant information and resources will also fall under your purview. In the realm of Order Management, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing orders from inception to completion, addressing any emergencies that may arise between clients and suppliers. Collaborating closely with internal QA/QC teams and suppliers to ensure that product quality meets industry standards and technical specifications will be crucial. Working alongside the Purchase and Logistics departments to guarantee the timely delivery of products will also be a key aspect of your role. Other tasks that you will be responsible for include accurately inputting relevant data into the SAP system in a timely manner. You will also facilitate effective communication between clients and suppliers, focusing on technical aspects to manage expectations and ensure clarity in specifications. Providing value-added services to clients by efficiently delivering technical support and insights professionally is another important aspect of this role. Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by the department manager to support project execution and enhance client satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. Job Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field, showcasing a solid understanding of industrial processes and products. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in industrial components, engineering projects, or manufacturing environments. - Extensive product knowledge of hardware products, hand tools, power tools, and other technical items related to industrial applications is required for this position.,

Department: Purchase & Supply Chain Reporting To: Purchase Manager Role Objective To manage the procurement of mechanical, electrical, and manufactured parts for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Vision Inspection Systems, and IVD Manufacturing Machines, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at the best cost. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fabricated parts . Issue RFQs (Request for Quotation), compare quotations, and negotiate prices . Develop and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers. Purchase Process Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries. Ensure material availability as per project timelines . Coordinate with store/quality teams for material receipt & inspection . Cost & Quality Control Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Ensure that parts and components meet technical specifications & quality standards . Track and resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries or rejected materials. Coordination & Documentation Work closely with design, project, and production teams for material requirements. Maintain purchase records, supplier database, and cost analysis reports . Support in vendor audits and compliance requirements. Required Skills Knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts, machining processes, and industrial components . Strong negotiation and vendor management skills . Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Inventory software (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple purchase orders simultaneously. Qualification & Experience Education: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical) or B.Com with technical knowledge. Experience: 1-3 years in purchase/procurement in machine manufacturing or automation industry. Freshers with good technical & negotiation skills may also apply. As a Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for engineering and technical materials as per specifications, drawings, and BOM. Your primary duties will include understanding material requirements from engineering drawings and BOMs, procuring raw materials and components, evaluating vendors, negotiating on cost and quality, monitoring material readiness, organizing logistics, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will be required to generate procurement MIS reports, work closely with QA/QC teams, and follow up on pending indents using ABC analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of technical materials and industrial components, along with a working understanding of ASME, DIN, BIS, and ASTM standards. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, with SAP knowledge being preferred. Effective communication and coordination skills, as well as strong negotiation and analytical abilities, are key traits required for success in this position.
