WW 3P Fees team is looking for enthusiastic, diligent, and creative candidate to join the Fee Operations team as a Catalog Specialist II. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and provides a training ground for success.
You will primarily be responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. You will utilize data and develop creative processes to improve your team's performance. You will directly work with product, program and tech teams to develop scalable, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on Selling Partners and the respective support teams.Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should use data to drive their communication with stakeholders. The candidate should be able to resolve process issues independently.Key job responsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities include but is not limited to:1. Responsible for productivity, quality, and coverage metrics goals2. Executes important tasks/activities independently3. Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions4. Establishes key reporting for functional area and provides reports to senior management/ stakeholders at process level5. May plan capacity and commits to volume by managing resources, queue, and cross training, Reports fluctuations in key metrics and communicates to key stakeholders with a plan of action6. Drives continuous improvement and contributes to COE (Correction of Error) process by documenting any issues/RCAs/action planning in functional area and owns specific action or change7. Identifies gaps and drives improvement/ optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement of processes/functions at site level8. Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs root cause analysis, and identifies constraints to recommend a solution9. Represents data and communicates effectively to handle escalations influences decision Onboards new processes/ additional processes.About the teamFee Operations enables the charge, change and adjustment of 3P Seller Fees WW accurately.
- 1+ years of interacting with customers/stake holders experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions- Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently
- Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
