Roles and Responsibilities : 6 MONTHS to 3Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment. Should have exp working on VMS and MSP. Must have End to End recruitment experience. Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster). Understanding of all requirements as per the job description. Candidate must be an Individual contributor. Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H). Good understanding of all of IT skills. Effective Communication and Negotiation skills. Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies Required skills Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Employee should be self-motivated and independent. Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Naukri, Monster Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in Domestic Staffing. Should have strong experience and proven track record in end to end IT Recruitments.
