Product and Training Specialist

As a Product Trainer at AMINU, you will play a crucial role in elevating the knowledge and expertise of therapists in salons and clinics. Your ability to effectively communicate skin science will empower therapists to deliver exceptional treatments and recommendations to clients. You will be the face of AMINU, working closely with professional partners to strengthen their skills and build trust in the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct demos of Aminu treatments & products with key stakeholders of prospective salon partners - Provide training to assigned regions/clients - Coordinate with the sales team in the designated region - Develop a structured schedule for training existing and new clients, ensuring completion - Collaborate with the Senior Training Manager on all training programs - Meet prospective clients as arranged by the Senior Training Manager/Sales Team Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills and a strong interpersonal approach - Willingness to travel regularly for in-person visits to partnered salons/clinics - Self-driven with a sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to a startup environment - Passion for the skincare industry and a deep understanding of skin science and concerns (CIDESCO certification required) You should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, although freshers with a solid foundation in skin science and hands-on experience in facial treatments are also welcome to apply.
