Product Analyst- Team Lead- Lending

As a Product Analyst for the Merchant Lending team, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of various merchant lending offerings. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior, identifying funnel drop-offs, and collaborating closely with Product Managers to enhance product features through data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include building and monitoring funnel performance metrics, writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify bottlenecks in product flows. By generating insights and validating hypotheses, you will work with Product Managers to enhance user product interaction data. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering and analytics, you will leverage technologies such as Looker, MS Excel, and other BI tools to create dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs. Collaboration with engineering, risk, and operations teams to support product experimentation and data validation will be essential. You will also be tasked with automating reporting processes and conducting advanced analysis deep dives. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in data or product analytics, preferably in fintech. Your proficiency in SQL, hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, and familiarity with BI tools like Looker will be crucial. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex data insights effectively, and experience with AI/ML tools will set you up for success in this position. Exposure to A/B testing, lending or risk-related product workflows, and knowledge of funnel analysis and behavioral analytics will be advantageous.
