Product Analyst II

As a Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing key performance metrics and user behavior to support product managers and game teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with product managers and game teams to understand key performance metrics and user behavior. - Supporting the development of dashboards and automated reports to help track KPIs. - Assisting in evaluating A/B experiments and analyzing product feature performance. - Performing deep-dives on specific business problems and sharing actionable insights. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and coverage. To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn from real-world product data. - Proficiency in SQL and basic data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel). - Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation is a plus. - Experience with Python or statistical tools is a bonus, but not required. - Excellent communication skills and curiosity to ask the "why" behind the data.
