Producer - YouTube and Instagram

About Nonlinear Innovations –

1) Nonlinear Innovations Private Limited is a digital media company that specializes in social media content creation, delivery and campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities –

1) We are looking for a producer to work on our social media channels. (YouTube and Instagram)

2) Below is the scope of work –

a. Content Research and Scripting – Research on content the videos. Brief the scripting team for video scripts.

b. Oversee Shoot – Direct, oversee and coordinate shoot of content. Work directly with production manager to ensure timelines and qualities are met

c. Post Production –

• Work with a team of editors to generate ready-to-post content as the upload schedule
• Ensure the social media managers upload the content as scheduled.

d. Quality and Hygiene – Ensure there is not drop in content and posting quality. Work on constant improvement on the same as trends and mediums evolve.

3) Key Skills Required –

a. Strong creative ownership with ability to ideate and develop engaging content formats

b. Experience translating briefs into production plans

c. Team leadership skills to manage writers, editors, designers, and production crew

d. Trendspotting and adapting content to evolving social media formats and platforms

e. Process-oriented with ability to streamline workflows and optimize turnaround times

f. Strong communication and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines

g. Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic media environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
