About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Producer to join our dubbing team

You will be responsible for ensuring high quality dubbed content is published on the platform

The source content will be in English, which will be dubbed into Hindi.

Your Part

Quality Assurance: Review the dubbed content to ensure continuity, logical flows, grammatical correctness, and overall quality of the content.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content.

Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the team.

Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the dubbing process.

Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

Mandatory Skills

Scripting Experience: English to Hindi translation

Proficiency in Hindi and English

Ability to manage multiple projects set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations

Problem-solving approach

Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies

Good to Have Skills

Formal education in fine arts, film, or cinema

Prior experience in dubbing

Experience in AI tools
