With operations across India and a strong base in the West region, it supports large EPCs, government bodies, and private players with reliable solutions in power transmission, data centers, industrial electrification, and turnkey projects. About the role: We are hiring experienced and driven Sales Executives to manage business development across multiple verticals: Power Transmission & Distribution, Railways, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Digital Infrastructure, and EPC Projects. This is a field-focused sales role for professionals who are strong in building client relationships, spotting opportunities, and following through till closure. Key Responsibilities: Visit clients regularly – including EPC companies, contractors, consultants, and government departments. Promote company products and solutions in areas such as substations, electrification, renewables, MEP, and turnkey infra. Generate leads, share proposals (with internal support), follow up, and convert them into orders. Track tenders, upcoming projects, and market activity within assigned geography. Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business. Coordinate internally for delivery schedules, order fulfillment, and payment follow-ups. Prepare and update daily sales reports, visit notes, and funnel updates. You are a GOOD FIT if you have: 8-10 years of B2B or industrial/infrastructure sales experience (any of the verticals mentioned). Experience in handling end-to-end sales including lead gen, site visits, proposals, and closure. Practical knowledge of the local market (regional players, project landscape, tendering cycles). Good verbal communication in Hindi/English + regional language (Marathi preferred for Pune/Mumbai). Self-motivated, field-ready, and comfortable in a hands-on work environment. Job Title: Business Finance Manager (BFM) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pune (Hinjewadi) - Work from Office Reporting To: COO Functional Area: Business Finance, Strategic Operations About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Business Finance Manager (BFM) to serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role demands a strong blend of financial expertise and business understanding, with the ability to translate operational objectives into financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as the finance arm for the COO while also aligning closely with the central finance function to ensure financial discipline, compliance, and reporting consistency. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with the COO to provide real-time financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision support. - Collaborate with the Head of Finance on budgeting, compliance, financial controls, and audits. - Drive business performance tracking, cost analysis, and variance management across operational units. - Create and maintain dashboards and MIS reports to support operational and financial reviews. - Act as a bridge between business and finance functions, ensuring alignment on KPIs and financial targets. - Lead financial planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, rolling plans) in coordination with the central finance team. - Identify risks and opportunities proactively and work with leadership to implement corrective actions. - Support cross-functional projects, financial modelling, and executive presentations.
