The role involves handling purchase orders, vendor relations, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement through Procurify, ensuring accurate orders and approvals. Coordinate with vendors to fetch quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and deliveries. Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor interactions. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Collaborate with finance for accurate vendor payments. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business or related field. Experience in procurement, preferably with Procurify or similar software. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
