HR Internship Program

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team, focusing on Recruitment, Employee engagement, and Onboarding. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment : Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking). Screen resumes and applications and update our applicant tracking system. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates promptly and professionally. Participate in the interview process, providing support to interviewers and gathering feedback. Employee Engagement : Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events. Support the development and distribution of employee surveys and gather feedback. Help manage internal communication platforms and create engaging content for employees. Participate in the planning and execution of recognition programs and other employee engagement activities. Onboarding : Assist in the preparation and coordination of onboarding materials and activities for new hires. Support new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding documentation and employee records. Assist with the administration of onboarding tasks, such as background checks and documentation collection. Requirements : Any Graduate or above. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Ability to work well in a team environment. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
