Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screenings, interviews, and smooth onboarding. Manage performance appraisal cycles, salary reviews, and employee development initiatives. Handle payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS). Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and HRIS records. Conduct training programs, grievance resolution, and exit interviews. Oversee office operations: facility maintenance, housekeeping, vendor engagement. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings. Liaise with government agencies and manage administrative budgets. Implement cost-saving measures and monitor office supplies/inventory.
