Procurement Officer - Real Estate

One of Our Client which is into Real Estate ( Developer ) is looking for

Procurement Officer / Purchase Officer

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Procurement:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers

- Place orders and manage inventory levels

2. Contract Management:

- Develop, review, and manage contracts with suppliers

- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

3. Supplier Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

4. Cost Savings and Efficiency:

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and measure their effectiveness

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field

- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with procurement software and systems

Experience : Minimum 4 Years relevant Experience from Real Estate Industry

Salary : Negotiable.
