Procurement Executive ( Tender )

• Procurement & Vendor Management

Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage procurement of hardware,

software, and installation materials.

Maintain approved vendor lists, rate contracts, and supplier performance records.

Ensure timely purchase and delivery of products such as GPS devices, sensors, SIMs, wiring, and

accessories.

Verify product quality, warranty, and compliance with company standards.

Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and maintain purchase documentation.

2. Tender Management (Government & Corporate)

Identify relevant tenders from GEM, state e-procurement sites, and other government portals.

Prepare tender documentation including pre-qualification, technical, and financial bid

submissions.

Coordinate with departments for pricing, compliance, and project details.

Submit bids within deadlines and follow up on results and clarifications.

Maintain tender tracking sheet and ensure compliance with all tender conditions.

3. Cost & Budget Control

Analyze cost structures to ensure best pricing and profit margins.

Maintain procurement budgets and monthly MIS on purchases.

Support management in vendor evaluation and cost optimization.

4. Coordination with Projects & Sales Teams

Support project execution teams with timely material procurement and dispatches.

Coordinate with sales teams to align procurement with project requirements.

Maintain accurate records for stock, inventory, and logistics tracking.

5. Documentation & Compliance-

Maintain all tender and procurement files physically and digitally.

Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements for tenders and

procurement.

Support internal and external audits with proper record submission.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
