Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities for the Bina Refinery. You will source materials and services, work with vendors, and make sure procurement runs smoothly through SAP MM. Key

Responsibilities Raise and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts in SAP MM Float enquiries, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparative statements Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Finance, and user departments Maintain vendor records and support vendor registration and evaluation Handle GR/IR, invoice verification issues, and PO amendments Ensure compliance with BPCL procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements Prepare MIS reports on open POs, spend, and vendor performance Eligibility

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical) or B.Com/BBA/MBA (Materials/Supply Chain) from a recognised institution Experience: [2–5] years in procurement or purchase, preferably in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or process industry Mandatory: Hands-on experience in SAP MM (PR, RFQ, PO, contracts, source list, GR, MIRO)

Skills Required Strong knowledge of purchase processes, tendering, and commercial terms Good negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Clear communication and documentation skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good to Have Experience with e-procurement or GeM portals Knowledge of MRO, spares, and capital procurement SAP MM certification or exposure to SAP S/4HANA
