Procurement Executive

Job Summary

Bhavik Enterprises / Abir India is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Procurement Executive to handle domestic and international sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and procurement operations.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the plastics or polymers industry, preferably those who have worked in organizations actively involved in import and export operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to independently manage purchasing requirements in a fully remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier identification, sourcing, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
• Source materials and products from domestic and international suppliers based on business requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate international purchases and related import-export activities whenever required.
• Conduct supplier comparisons, market research, and cost analysis to identify competitive sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, logistics teams, and vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, quotations, and purchase documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
• Strong vendor management, supplier sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of domestic procurement and international purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, commercial terms, import-export documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other procurement-related software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the plastics, polymers, plastic raw materials, or related industries.
• Previous experience in an import-export company or an organization regularly involved in international trade.
• Exposure to both domestic and international supplier networks.
• Understanding of international sourcing, trade terms, and procurement-related documentation.
• Experience in cost optimization, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning.
• Candidates based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, or Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, will be given preference.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
