Procurement Executive

Title:

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing raw materials, components, and other production requirements.
• Preparing and processing purchase orders (POs) based on material requirements.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost savings.
• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Maintaining procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.
• Coordinating with the stores, warehouse, finance, and production departments.
• Tracking material availability and ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained.
• Following up on pending orders and resolving supply-related issues.
• Ensuring purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelors degree or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement in pharma or cosmetic industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
