Procurement Engineer Pharma Projects

As a Procurement Engineer for Pharma Projects based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Procuring pharma machines, equipment & utilities - Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships - Overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to delivery - Coordinating with FAT, project delivery, and supply chain teams - Monitoring vendor performance and establishing alternative vendor relationships - Ensuring timely deliveries as per project schedule To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential skills: - Strong technical evaluation and negotiation abilities - Experience with Capital Equipment such as HVAC, Electricals, Clean Utilities, and Lab Furniture - Knowledge of procurement systems and contracts - Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: - Graduate Engineer, preferably from Govt./RECs/reputed colleges - Background in pharma projects (consulting/engineering/pharma company) is essential Should you join our team, you will be part of a full-time, permanent position with in-person work location requirements.
