Role & responsibilities Important Key Skills to Highlight: Experience in Contracts and Procurement for Group Housing Projects Strong Skills in Project Feasibility Analysis and Cost Estimation Expertise in Reviewing and Coordinating Technical and Commercial Requirements Proven Ability to Collaborate Across Functions Including Design, Legal, and Finance Skilled in Vendor Prequalification, Tendering, Negotiation, and Contract Management Committed to Delivering Customer-Centric Procurement Solutions and Timely Execution Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech and M.Tech (Regular) from a recognized university, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field. Certification in Contract Management, Procurement, or related areas is preferred. 12+ years of relevant experience in Contracts and Procurement, particularly in the real estate or infrastructure sector. Proven experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration. Strong background in tendering processes, bid evaluations, negotiations, and finalization of contracts. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, consultants, and engineering teams. Hands-on experience in cost estimation, budgeting, project feasibility analysis, and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
