Procurement Assistant

As a Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for verifying BOQ and material details in coordination with the Estimation and Project Teams. You will prepare costing sheets, check stock availability, and liaise with vendors for pricing while placing purchase orders. Maintaining and updating the vendor list will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to obtain purchase approvals from the Business Development Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include verifying purchased items with supplier invoices and delivery notes, updating records such as invoices, delivery notes, return materials, temporary materials, and RMA details. In order to be considered for this position, you should hold an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
