Procurement and Supply Chain Management (Solar Industry)

As an experienced procurement professional in the solar industry, your role at Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL) will involve establishing procurement strategies for material acquisition. You will be responsible for receiving and tracking project materials to ensure optimal quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. In addition, you will conduct interviews with potential suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and terms. Your tasks will also include developing plans for the efficient organization and temporary storage of project materials and general inventories across various company and/or independent warehouse locations. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate records of all stored materials and ensure the safe, secure, and orderly upkeep of company warehouses. You will also be involved in monitoring and facilitating returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field, with prior experience in the solar industry being a valuable asset. Your attention to detail, negotiation skills, and knowledge of procurement best practices will be essential for success in this position.
