Procurement and Sales Coordinator

You are looking for an Inside Sales and Procurement Associate position at GI. You will play a crucial role in the team by handling all sourcing and purchasing of equipments and products globally. - Analyse technical data and specifications of the equipment and supplies requirements - Analyse suppliers to choose the most suitable ones offering high quality products at competitive prices - Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to maximize benefits for the company - Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies and conduct supplier preferencing study - Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules to ensure on-time product deliveries - Implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings targets - Review and manage the supplier base to align with the sourcing strategy - Collaborate with vendors for continuous quality improvement You may need to work in different time-zones to correspond with customers in the United States.
