Procurement and Sales Coordinator

GI is looking for an Inside Sales and Procurement Associate to join our closely-knit team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and purchasing equipment and products for our company worldwide. Your responsibilities will include analyzing technical data and specifications of equipment and supply requirements, evaluating suppliers to choose the most suitable ones offering high-quality products at competitive prices, negotiating with suppliers on cost, lead-time, and quality, and devising purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings targets. You will also be responsible for managing the supplier base, coordinating delivery schedules to ensure timely product delivery, and collaborating with vendors on continuous quality improvement efforts. This role may require you to work in a time zone that aligns with our customers in the United States. Therefore, strong analytical skills, high-level communication abilities, and proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Excel are essential. You should be adept at negotiating commercial terms, managing the supply chain effectively, and maintaining close coordination with our offices in Dubai and the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/MBA/degree in logistics or supply chain management or a bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical fields to understand customers" technical requirements. Additionally, having at least 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales and Purchase coordinator would be advantageous.
