Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, negotiate prices, and resolve issues related to vendor performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors through regular communication, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
Analyze spend data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

Job Requirements :

5-10 years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle or similar role.
Strong understanding of supplier management principles, including vendor creation, registration, and onboarding processes.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
