Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and attentive Proctor to monitor and manage daily assessments conducted in our examination center. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge, ensuring fair and smooth execution of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and supervise daily online/offline examinations as per the schedule.
Ensure all candidates adhere to examination rules and regulations.
Maintain discipline and prevent any form of malpractice or misconduct during assessments.
Handle candidate registration, attendance, and verification before examinations.
Operate computer systems for exam setup, monitoring, and reporting.
Report any technical or administrative issues promptly to the concerned authority.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of examination content and data.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth and timely execution of assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Basic computer proficiency – MS Office, internet usage, and email handling.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctual in work.
Prior experience in exam invigilation or operations will be an advantage.

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays working
Location: Mumbai Office
Must be available for daily assessments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
