As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in a contact centre/BPO environment, specifically in Voice, Chat, and Email processes. Your responsibilities will include tracking training effectiveness and providing performance summaries when required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. The location for this position is in Chennai, and the work mode is from the office. You should be flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational offs.
