Urgent Hiring – In-Process Quality Head

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Experience: 3–5 Years (Cable Industry Only)

Job Role:

Looking for a professional from the Cable Manufacturing Industry with strong experience in In-Process Quality Control. The candidate should have handled Flexible Wires, Instrumentation Cables, Power & Control Cables.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a team of quality inspectors and daily quality reporting.

• Identify defects, perform RCA & CAPA, and ensure corrective actions.

• Coordinate with production teams for process improvements.

• Train and motivate operators for quality ownership.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Cable Industry.

• Strong understanding of cable manufacturing & quality systems.
