Process Planner (Assembly Shop)

As an Assembly Process Engineer, your role involves studying the Assembly Process on TCF / Vehicle Assembly line, analyzing Product Study from CAD Data, and preparing Process Flow Charts and Diagrams. You will also be responsible for updating Station wise Part List, conducting Feasibility studies, and providing feedback on Process Flow analysis for vehicle assembly. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Study the Assembly Process on TCF / Vehicle Assembly line - Analyze Product Study from CAD Data and plan the Assembly Process - Prepare and update Process Flow Charts and Diagrams (PFD) - Update Station wise Part List and Process BOM - Conduct Feasibility studies for each operation in TCF - Analyze existing bottlenecks and propose solutions - Evaluate and recommend process modifications based on Digital Simulation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering - Experience working with Automotive OEM in Manufacturing Engineering Department - Knowledge of Vehicle commodities & assembly equipments - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage tasks independently - Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control - Proficiency in Cycle time calculation, Layout study, and Layout Planning for assembly shop Desired Skills: - Experience in Manufacturing Engineering from Automotive industry - Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written Experience: - 4-8 Years of hands-on Experience in Assembly shop Process Planning within the automotive domain Before applying, make sure to thoroughly review the complete Job Description to understand the responsibilities and requirements.
